For me training means helping to learn. As the proverb says: 'You can lead a horse to water but you can't make him drink'. The trainers have to be catalyzers and the quality of the the training depends on their capacity to listen carefully to the participants. Non-formal learning is a process where everybody involved is building the learning. The previous script is only a little part of the events that are going to happen during a well prepared training.

I’ve been leading groups of teens for 15 years, travelling around 30 countries in Europe and North America. More than half a million of Km was made on trains, vans and planes to manage summer camps, adventure trips and language holidays.
I’m an expert, with more than 50.000 hours of deliberate practice in leading groups of kids, teens and youngsters (2.000 of them approx.).
