Who We Are Looking For

We seek passionate individuals from Spain, Italy, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Turkey, Latvia, and Croatia who:

  • Excel in creating interactive performing arts workshops
  • Possess a strong background in intercultural theatre
  • Are eager to train others in using performing arts for non-formal education

Project Objectives

Our goals are to:

1. Develop a framework of performing arts practices adaptable to diverse youth communities and contexts.

2. Empower youth workers to create innovative performing arts tools for teamwork, reflection, energizing, space exploration, trust-building, and inspiration.

3. Support participants in building a comprehensive toolbox of resources for training and workshop development.

Participant Profile

Ideal candidates are:

  • Socially engaged performing artists with experience in experiential, physical, or musical theater, dance, or visual arts.
  • Fluent in English for effective communication and collaboration.
  • Passionate about youth work and its potential.

Important Note:

Some activities may involve physical contact, such as energizers, team building, physical theater, and dance. All physical interactions will be conducted with utmost respect for participant comfort and boundaries.

Participation fee

Accommodation and food

The project will provide accommodation and food during the project dates.

Travel reimbursement

The organiser will reimburse travel costs according to the distance calculator of Erasmus+. Reimbursement will be done after the end of the training.

Participants are entitled to receive a Youthpass certificate from the organiser, for recognition of their competence development during the activity. Read more about Youthpass:
