Ecologicall to Action : A week of skillshare

The ecosocial crisis our world is undergoing is part of our daily life nowadays:
fires, floods, heat waves, pandemic, mass extention, repetitive economical
and social crises, forced migrations...
Although we are not impacted at the same level, we are all involved as part of the living and we must learn how to take responsibility and empower those who are less privileged.
While the main political actors and institutions are failing to address these issues and often denying their responsibilities, activists are taking action and standing up for climate justice. All over the world, communities of resistance, transformation and regeneration are exploring different ways of being together and fighting for a better world.
The training, shaped under a skill share format, aims to empower activists and youth workers with playful, impactful and meaningful tools to speak and raise awareness about the eco-social crisis and the complex challenges we are living.
Seeding for future is a team of young facilitators travelling around Europe every year to raise awareness about ecology and discover inspiring initiatives.
In 2021 and 2022, we traveled in Europe to hold workshops about ecology and interview activists to share their stories through a documentary and a podcast.
We keep hope in spreading knowledge, power, open spaces for dialogue and highlight all the people who take action to make the world a better place for the living.
Our goals:
- Raise our awareness on the eco-social crisis, gender, patriarchy and all forms of domination on the livings
- Share skills and tools to speak about those issues and take action
- Create connections between activists and youth workers
We welcome youth workers and activists who want to run workshops and open spaces to talk about ecology with young people, from 18 years old and more.
Come if you want to spread workshops in your communities, if you feel like learning, sharing and questionning. We are not looking for Erasmus training's consumers but for people who are going to get fully involved before, during and after the training.

Seeding for future is a team of young facilitators travelling around Europeevery year to raise awareness about ecology and discover inspiring initiatives.

Costs
Participation fee
We ask participants to make a financial contribution on a sliding scale from 0 to 200€ ("give what you want"-like). This contribution will support the work of the facilitators who prepared this training. We invite the participants to reflect both their financial possibilies and appreciation of the training in their contribution. We want to emphasis that 0€ is a totally valid contribution and money should not be an obstacle to your participation. A specific process will be implemented during the training to discuss the financial contribution collectively. Look at the inforpack for more information.
Accommodation and food
Accomodation, transports and food are covered: you won't pay anything more than your contribution on a sliding-scale (see above).
Travel reimbursement
NO PLANE RULE
Taking plane to come to the training is a no go for us.
We are aware that it can be excluding for some people who are not able or confortable with a trip of several days by trainor buses to come to France but we don't want to support the airline industry in any way.
In order to help you, we have access to a green travel budget:
Serbia, Slovenia, Italy : 320€
Greece : 410€
France : 210€
