Many organisations find it difficult to make the impact visible and to share it. Not many people ‘outside the projects’ know about Youth in Action projects. This training helps youth-workers to think and plan how to make the biggest possible waves.

The aims of this training are: 1.to make you aware of the possibilities there are to increase your impact, and this can be fun! 2.to give a practical meaning to Visibility, dissemination and exploitation of results 3.to develop the skills and attitude needed to increase your impact 4.to share examples and experiences with each other 5.to create strategies for your own organization/project (practical plan to take home)
