Presentation
to bring information about the youth in action program on a funny and less formal way.
- first step : warming up the audiance: telling them it is an interactive show and people can ask questions (only when they have the micro phone)+ training for applause etc.
- second step the host enters the room and explains the topic of the day.
- third step : the central guest enters, small introductions about the youth in action program in general ( about how it grew and what the priorities are).
- 4th step : action one : small explanation about youth exchanges, combined with local initiatives.
This combined with a testimony of a "young person" (a character played by a person of the team) who has been on youth exchange, and afterwards organised a local initiative as a result of the exchange. This testimony can be adapted towards the topic of the TC.)
This followed by a short explanation of action 1.3. democracy project + again a testimony : played by a member of the team : mostly we use the handy man of the local community hall, who knows nothing , and just came because the politicians did not have time...
Action 2 : EVS: explanantion + a testimony of young person who went on EVS
Action 3 : Youth for the world: explanation + testimony of young person of a neighboring country who participated in a youth exchange + special attention to the differences with action 1.1.
action 4 : we only mention action 4.3. : short explanation + testimony of a trainer about the practicialities.
last step : ending up with a short resume or a short movie...
In between the participants, who are the audiance can ask questions.
