Name Game/Get to know each other
To enable participants to get to know each other starting from the names
To make it easier to remember the names
The trainer asks the participants to sit or stand in a circle so that everyone can see each other. the aim of the exercise is to tell each other the story, the meaning of their names as well as how and by whom they were given that name. To provide an example, the trainer starts with his/her own name and the exercise continues until each one of the participants talk about their names. In order to make it more fun, some funny stories about the names would be included.
