Assessment of the quality of projects
1. The groups is divided into 5 smaller groups, which are becoming “mountain climbers” because all 5 Quality criteria are on different mountain peaks (these are areas in plenary with the small path to every mountain and also the image of the mountain and the place for writing).
2. There are 5 mountains which has name associated with one of the quality criteria. When coming to the mountain, there is a flipchart paper with two columns and every column has a specific statement helping to identify what kind of activities are making the project quality and what makes the quality decreasing.
3. Every group at the beginning goes to different peaks and each 7 minutes are shifting clockwise to the other mountain-quality criterion

After the mountain climbing is finished, every group coming back to their mountain. They are reading all the things written by others and preparing brief presentation, that were left by all mountain climbers by creating a human sculpture, representing what is that quality criterion and what is not (plus bringing the sheet of paper, which was filled).
At the end, the team of trainers could give a feedback or additional information regarding the quality criteria of projects supported by Youth in Action programme.
