This session includes the following steps:
1/ In plenary, we have a look on the different stereotypes per country written during the ICL evening, asking to the participants if they are truth, where does they come from…
2/ Brainstorming on definition of stereotypes and prejudices
3/Where do they come from? What process? Presentation of the cartoon on stereotypes and prejudices (cf report training)
4/ Awareness about how our stereotypes and prejudices can influence our team work - Discussion
