Develop leadership and communication skills of participants
The trainer's manual describes the training sessions implemented during our Erasmus+ training course "Skin in the Game".
The particular sessions lead the participants to improve their communication and leadership skills, to discuss political and philosophycal issues and to gain basic knowledge about international youth work.
