This toolkit was developed as a part of the Erasmus+ project ARTYS where partners from Serbia, Bulgaria and Italy researched which competences are important for drama based youth work, according to ETS model.
1. To use it by youth workers for reflection of their current professional development.
2. To give the definition and framework of minimum quality standards for drama based youth work.
3. To develop direct work with young people with fewer opportunities through drama based youth work and psychosocial support.
ART, YOUTH, SUPPORT toolkit has 78 pages and is consisted in next parts:
1. Defining drama based youth work and psychosocial support of young people with fewer opportunities.
2. Mind maps of competences for drama based youth work and psychosocial support based on European Training Strategy model for youth workers who work internationally.
3. Examples of practices in drama based youth work from OKO, Teatro dell`Ortica and UPSDA.
4. Conclusion and sources.
