IMPACT test - tool for individuals and for educators to measure entrepreneurial competences

Aims of the tool

Aim 1: to help educators to measure and to evidence the level of acquisition of entrepreneurial competences of the young people they work with.

Aim 2: to help young people to become aware of entrepreneurial competences they have and to orientate them on which aspects they can improve.

Description of the tool

The IMPACT test:
- Is based on the EntreComp document created by the European Commission and consequently it measures competencies according to the agreed ones by the European Commission. Because of the time and complexity of the project, we have been able to cover three out of fifteen competencies covered by the EntreComp, one of each action area: Initiative, Motivation and Spotting Opportunities,
- The competences are measured separately. It means that the user can choose which competence he or she would like to test. It can be done one by one or in combination,
- Offers two testing modes: 1. Individual, 2. Group mode
- Offers the user an opportunity to compare an initial and final test,
- Is oriented in its design as a possible support tool for educators who work on the development of entrepreneurial competencies with young people,
- Offers educators an opportunity to compare the results among different groups,
- Creates a final report per competence,
- Has been tested and is adapted for use on a broad variety of possible users: secondary school students, VET students, university students, young people from rural areas, and young people from urban areas,
- The website www.impact-test.eu offers additionally links to Free didactic resources for the educators: FemTec and Young Entrepreneurs methodologies,
- Finally the tool is translated into the following languages: Spanish, Catalan, English, Portuguese and Polish.
