SK.IN Booklet
It is one of the main outputs of the project SK.In. It has a general presentation of the project and aims. Composed by two sections: the first section on adult education methods for skills development and inclusion, the second on the workshops results.
Aims of the tool
- Provide tools for skills development in learners with low-skills;
- Manual with step by step non formal methods for groups with low social skills, empathy and team spirit.
- Provide inputs to use Badges for evaluation and self-assessment
Description of the tool
The PDF Booklet is one of the main outputs of the KA2 Adult Education "SK.IN - Skills for Inclusion". It has a general presentation of the project and aims, of the partner and is composed by two sections: the first section includes adult education methods, tools and good practices for skills development and inclusion provided during the TC in Italy; the second section focuses on the workshops and educational activities with adult learners where these good practices have been applied and tested on local level and it includes their results. There is a session also on Badges, and a final Appendix on one of the methods (Transactional Analysis- communication and relationships) proposed during the Tc in Italy. Have a good reading!
