This manual is an interesting reading for all those who are interested in the recognition of the compenteces from a theoretical standpoint and the practical considerations.
In particular the theoretical part introduces the state of play and the impact of youth work on employability while the practical ones presents some of international best practice at institutional and at NGO level.
This booklet introduces the issue of the recognition of the competences focusing on:

- The state of play on recognition & validation
- An institutional best practice on evidence based
- An NGO pilot project of a cooperation with a Human Resources Provider.
In addition to that, the manual contains a collection of tools and inspiring suggestions coming from the experience of youth workers.
