This booklet is a summary of activities implemented during Rock the Mountains, a youth exchange aimed to create space for personal enrichement of young people through music.
This tool is aimed to be of help to any association or person interested in using music activities in youth work.
This activities booklet is a result of reflection on a program implemented during Rock the Mountains, a cultural youth exhcange that took place in Organyà, Catalan Pyrenees in March 2016. It includes a detailed description of each activity organized and performed during the exchange, its aims, making reference to a suggested place of work, material needed and comments on how it actually worked.

Materials for this tool depend on each specific activity. It is indicated in description of each workshop and activity implemented.

10 days. However, many of the activities mentioned in the booklet can be performed independently and vary in duration (from 30 min to 6 hours)
