Presentation, Info session
A short powerpoint presentation addressed to new facilitators, with tips on how to design their own training tool according to the needs of the group they are working with.
Aims be used as an introductory presentation under the frame of a course addressed to new facilitators/ trainers/ educators in order to inform participants, about the steps they need to follow in order to create, run and evaluate a training session/ activity.
The presentation was created in the frame of the training course "Formal education meets non formal learning, The competence based approach" which was aiming to train teachers, youth workers, trainers and educators in how to develop non formal education activities in the formal education environment.
The presentation is going through all the necessary steps you need to follow in order to design your own training activity according to your theme, group and facilities available.
It is an introductory presentation and it can be used as a theoretical input before the main "design your own workshop" activity.
We used this ppt with different groups of high school teachers and educators who haven't any experience with non formal education. It is a guide for those who want to understand in simple way, the structure of a training activity.
