To have positive feedback from the group and take something nice with you home.

Description of the tool

Stick the polaroid picture on the paper (you can fold it like a Christmas card). You can put the papers on a table or on the walls and windows. Ask all participants to write a last message (positive messages only) to every person in the group on the appropriate papers (except on their own paper). When everyone wrote a message to all cards, they can be distributed to the owners or given as a goodbye present (it makes nice reading on the travel back home).

If some people have some difficultes to write something, drawing some pictures is fine as well.

Comments

  • Once we decided to read the messages still during the training course at 10.00 a.m. on the next day to create a feel good atmosphere between all members of the group
