Rising Horizons is an international training course, where youth workers will be introduced to essential tools for personal development, grounded in self-awareness and cognitive growth.

Are you a youth worker seeking to deepen your impact? Are you ready to enhance your personal and professional development? Rising Horizons is an international training course designed specifically for youth workers, focused on essential tools for self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and leadership. This program offers an opportunity to engage in powerful personal growth while equipping you with practical skills to guide others.

What You’ll Gain:

Self-Reflection Techniques: Through guided reflective exercises, you'll explore your own strengths, thought patterns, and personal values. This process of self-awareness is key to building a foundation for effective leadership.

Coaching Skills: You’ll learn practical coaching techniques that can be applied to both your personal development and your work with youth. Set meaningful goals, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies for continuous growth.

Empathic Communication: Master the art of empathic communication to foster trust, create deeper connections, and build more inclusive, peaceful environments in your work with young people.

Program Highlights:

International Experience: Connect with youth workers from around the world, exchange ideas, and gain a broader perspective on youth development.

Emotional Intelligence Development: Discover how to manage your emotions, understand others, and cultivate attitudes that promote peace-building and mutual respect.

Sustainable Growth: Rising Horizons emphasizes self-reflection and mindfulness as a foundation for long-term personal development, helping you lead by example and create lasting change in your community.
