Q4Q TC is organised in co-operation between Estonian, French, German, and Hungarian NAs of the Youth in Action programme, to train on the improvement of qualitative elements in Training and Networking projects (Actions 4.3 & 3.1) of the YiA programme.
This training course is organised in co-operation between Estonian, French, German, and Hungarian National Agencies of the Youth in Action programme. Main aim of the Q4Q training course: to train on the improvement of qualitative elements in Actions 4.3 / 3.1 Training and Networking projects (A4.3/3.1 T&N) of the Youth in Action programme. Objectives of the training course • To explore special focus of Training and Networking within global context of the Youth in Action programme; • To clarify the 8 different activity types of Action 4.3, 3.1 projects; • To understand key elements of a good quality T&N project; • To develop participant's competences in planning Non Formal Education and Intercultural Learning Processes, highlighting Youthpass issue; • To reflect on Action 4.3, 3.1 role and possibilities in the long term strategy of participants' organisations; • To simulate the first steps of contact-making for organising future projects Profile of participants This training is adressed to : • Representatives of organisations who organised at least one Training and networking activity (Sub action 4.3 or 3.1). • Applicants could be project managers, trainers, youth workers, facilitators... of such projects • Applicants should come from Youth in Action programme countries Main elements of the programme : - Sharing experiences of Training and networking activities - What is a Training and Netwroking Project? Aims, focus - Specificities of the 8 different activity types - How to develop a good project - Learning dimension in the context of Training and Networking project; - Youthpass as a process; Youthpass as a tool for recognition - follow up, dissemination and exploitation of results of Training and Networking projects Team of trainers and organisers: - Gulesin Nemutlu Unal (Turkey) - Ena Mets (Estonia) - Action 4.3 and TCP officers of French and Estonian National Agencies If any questions, please contact: Anna Kuzina anna.kuzina@archimedes.ee
