My recent international/national experiences in youth work:

2020-ongoing: Long-term training course "Homo Ludens in Youth Work" aiming to equip youth workers, youth trainers and educators with the skills of game design and gamification in order to foster / ensure efficient and engaging educational process. 2 events Hungary(12-18/01/ 2020) and Russia (planned - 13-18/09/2020). - trainer, coordinator, reporter.

2019-2020 Long-Term training course "Power of Communication" tackling the competence of youth workers to build and to facilitate the meaningful communication process with different stakeholders involved in educational process. 2 events +online course in between: France (1st TC: 07-13 October 2019 followed by an online course and 2nd TC: 03-09 February 2020). - trainer, coordinator, reporter.

2019 Long-term international training course "Facilitation Guide", aiming at building facilitation skills targeting all types of educators working in formal or non-formal educational sphere. 2 events: Luxembourg (21-29/09/2019 and 03-11/12/2019) - trainer, coordinator, reporter.
