Current occupation

I am at the moment volunteering as a facilitator with various organisations (Solidarités Jeunesses, 100% Handinamique) to gain more practice and create my own network

Work experience

I recently facilitated a workshop about ESC addressed to students with various disabilities within the organisation 100% Handinamique. The workshop included:
- a quiz about ESC to get to know the programme in a more interactive way
- my own testimony
- a creative task where participants had to draw what could be their dreamy project.

Through my EuroPeers journey, I worked as a Junior Trainer for one year within the EuroPeers Advisory Group (EAG) alongside my colleague Senior trainer. The EAG is a consultancy group willing to improve coordination and communication in the EuroPeers network. Our target group was young people aged 18-30 from different European countries.

I co-facilitated online meetings monthly using fun energizers, picture games, break out rooms activities to make meetings more interactive while checking on members’progress.

Besides, I co-facilitated 3 face to face meetings (The Handover Meeting, September AG Meeting and Closing Meeting) using a variety of non formal activities (musical Walk and Talk, escape Game, Scrapbooking).

I was also Junior Trainer during an International Europeers Training Course in Germany (Bonn) in November 2023 to introduce new members to the EuroPeers network.

It was overall challenging and strong working experiences that made me wanting to continue through the training adventure!

At the moment, I am still promoting EU youth mobility programmes especially for the young people with Fewer Opportunities since they should also being given this chance to learn and go abroad. (young people with disabilities, LGBT+ community, unemployed young people etc.)

I am very inspired by inclusive practices and have started to facilitate inclusive/intuitive dancing which are dancing/body movement workshops accessible to everybody whatever is your ability or situation. I am hoping to facilitate more of them. I have also researched about inclusive energizers and would like to be able to create more inclusive activities for all.

I also would like to be involved in on-arrival, mid-term training and seminar return of ESC volunteers since I truly enjoys working with young people from various countries and backgrounds. Since I’ve been a volunteer myself, I have a very good understanding of the various paths and emotions that go through experiencing life abroad.

I have started a course on art-therapy (playful creativity) that mixes creativity with playfulness and I am willing to incorporate these new methods in my future practice as an international trainer alongside more sustainable practices.

Educational pathway

I have a Dual Degree in English/Spanish languages and a Master of French as a Foreign Language. This was an opening for an international career and teaching experiences living abroad in Spain and Scotland while improving my language skills and cultural awareness.

The on-arrival and mid-term Trainings during my European Voluntary Service (EVS) were so impactful for me and the other volunteers that it made me wanted to start becoming a trainer myself. The stay and all activities turned the group into a real community. This is the feeling I'd like to nurture in my future facilitation groups.

I also attended some Training Courses with Salto Youth regarding various topics (Volunteers as Agents of Peace and Artivism Touching the Art of Complexity). I learned more about using art as a tool for activist purposes and engaging the local community (Suburb of Spain,Vienna) with intercultural events.

Since then, I became a member of the EuroPeers network for 3 years, the second big adventure of my career after my EVS. Joining both French and international networks enabled me to acquire a variety of skills in public speaking, social media, coordination and engagement of an audience while increasing my social network. I had thus the opportunity to travel and attend the EuroPeers Training Course in Belgium where I implemented my first activity around Inclusion and equality. During my local actions in France, I improved promotion and gamification skills when using interactive tools around ESC in school and university alongside a photo exhibition about inclusion and travelling in my local home town.

I recently attended a short-term training of trainers in France and a laboratory of facilitation practices with Solidarités Jeunesses organisation. I was able to facilitate an inclusive energizer along debriefing and a storytelling activity while getting some constructive feedback. It was a fruitful opportunity in terms of networking, sharing good practices and also checking out areas of improvement in my practice.
