- to support participants’ development as facilitators.
The TC was recommended for youth workers, Youth leaders, Project managers, with experience in facilitation or training in non-formal education; and also another criteria was to share his/ her challenging situations; open to discuss values, feelings and accept others' opinion, able to comunicate and work in English.
18 participants from Austria, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Poland, France, Hungary, Bulgaria.
Zoom in was designed with non-formal education methods where active contribution of participants is encouraged. The TC included variety of tools about understanding and analyzing the role of the facilitator with participants´real case situations. Also it gave an opportunity for participants to get to know new tools to facilitate group learning processes and to learn from others.

The TC was offering chance for professional development, altough it gave space for participants as well to provide learning opportunity to each other. 6 workshops has been organized by participants in open-space sessions.
Informally participants had also chance to have networking.

The TC was created together with collegue from Bulgaria, Spain and Italy and it was a practice project within the Training of Trainers 15th edition TCA program.
