We had participants from the Ukraine, Croatia, Georgia, Romania, Turkey, and Cyprus.
The main tool / method of the project’s implementation was the use of non-formal and

The activities that were implemented included role playing activities, development and resolution scenarios (case studies), evaluation, communication and reproductive strategies

effective and efficient planning and management of local and international programs for
young people.
Participants learned new / multiple ways, tools and techniques for successful management, implementation and design of local and international youth programs, which helped develop their skills, their skills, increase their knowledge and experiences.
In this training course, participants received the necessary knowledge, experience, education and tools which would enable them to design and implement projects for
young people. The exchange of experiences, tools and methods among the participants, the
training they received from their Trainers during the training course, as well as new tools that were created (by the participants in collaboration with the Trainers), contributed to the implementation of the aims mentioned above.
I was involved in this training course as a full-time Trainer, where I delivered a considerable number of the sessions. I also helped organise entertainment evenings involving both local culture as well as intercultural nights with the contribution of the participants.
