YOUTH WORK AS A TOOL FOR INCLUSION TRAINING COURSE WITHIN ERASMUS+
GOALS SET FOR THE PROJECT
• TO UNDERSTAND HOW YOUTH WORK CAN BETTER SUPPORT YOUTH
DEVELOPMENT.
• TO BETTER UNDERSTAND SOCIAL INCLUSION, ITS RELATION WITH YOUTH
WORK AND YOUTH MOBILITY.
• GET TO KNOW HOW TO REACH YOUTH EMPOWERMENT THROUGH QUALITY
PROJECTS; DEVELOP PARTNERSHIPS.
• DEVELOP BETTER OPPORTUNITIES FOR YOUTH.
• WORK ON INCLUSION, ESPECIALLY OF THOSE WITH FEWER OPPORTUNITIES.
• EXPLORE YOUTH WORK, YOUTH PARTICIPATION AND YOUTH GOALS FOR
STRUCTURED DIALOGUE.
• DELIVER A BETTER SUPPORT FOR NGOS TO FEEL EMPOWERED TO SUPPORT
YOUNG PEOPLE.
• WORK ON DIFFICULTIES NGOS FACE AROUND EUROPE IN MATTER OF
YOUTH PARTICIPATION, SHARE BEST PRACTICES FROM PARTNERS.
• GATHER PARTNERS WITH DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES AND SHARE OUR
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE TOWARDS PROJECTS QUALITY

• EXPLORE THE CONCEPT OF NON FORMAL EDUCATION AND SOFT SKILLS
FOR YOUNG PEOPLE AND YOUTH WORKERS.

My Role: Main trainer, in charge of the learning facilitation, reflection support, exchange of practices and implementation of learning methodologies afterwards.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target Group:
⁂ PARTICIPANTS ARE 18+,
YOUTH LEADERS, YOUTH WORKERS, TEACHERS, PEDAGOGUES, SCHOOL DIRECTORS AND NGO REPRESENTANTS.
⁂ COOPERATING WITH PARTNER NGOS, IN THE TOPIC OF SOCIAL INCLUSION OF YOUNG PEOPLE

Training methods used & main activities

Working Methods:
Teambuilding activiies, name games and ice breakers, energizers, city challenges, creation of social campaigns, reflection, plenary work, small group sharing, bingo methodology, game-based methodology, project creation/ NAOMIE, market NGO, participants' space, Youthpass One2One methodologies, presentations.

Outcomes of the activity

The participants have developed better a better understanding on the topics of social inclusion and youth work, have shared ideas to implement at local level and better support young people and will be implementing the methodologies worked during the Training Course.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

My Role: Main trainer, in charge of the learning facilitation, reflection support, exchange of practices and implementation of learning methodologies afterwards.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
