Aims & objectives

AIMS
• To build capacities of youth workers and project managers in youth work and their organisations

• To develop quality international youth (work) projects in E+/YiA, that meet the priorities of E+, with the necessary quality preparation, implementation, evaluation and follow-up


OBJECTIVES
• To build capacities of youth workers and partners for project design and development of programmes

• To increase the skills of translating project ideas into programmes with day-to-day timetables, focussing on the objectives and priorities of the E+/YiA programme

• To provide a space for networking of organisations, to connect common interests and needs, and benefit from joint ventures


EXPECTED LEARNING OUTCOMES
• Increased knowledge about the Erasmus Plus programme

• Increased knowledge about developing an international project (from project idea to a complete developed programme)

• Increased competencies about international teamwork and my awareness about international partnerships

• Increased knowledges, skills and attitude about intercultural learning in international projects

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Youth workers and project managers from Belgium, Italy, Bosnia i Herzegovina, Serbia, Macedonia, Czech Rep., Turkey, Slovenia, Montenegro who wanted to learn how to build a project from idea till E+ application
