Aims & objectives

The project aimed to train its participants so that they will then be able to create sustainable youth structures and create a number of activities for the young people in their communities, enabling their active participation, fostering the importance of European cooperation in the youth sector.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The target group of this training course were the youth workers, trainers, volunteers in the youth sector and educators coming from Greece, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, UK, Cyprus, Romania and Bulgaria.

Outcomes of the activity

- 16 page publication on the creation of a youth structure
- A real scenario study case on the youth centre of Kardamyli
- A 4.3 application for networking applied by the Romanian partner for the 1st October 2012 deadline
- Involvement of the Greek participants with the Youth in Action program and preparation of an application for future deadline
- Creation of a blog
- Creation of a facebook group
- Clear learning outcomes for the participants (from the Youthpass and the final evaluation - self assessment part)

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was the main trainer. I designed the learning activities and tools, developed the daily schedule and I was responsible for the preparation and the follow up of the participants.

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
