Aims & objectives

trengthen the capacity of scouts and guides youth representatives to be active players in their National Youth Councils when it exists or empower them to collaborate and create one when it doesn’t
• Provide to participants a networking space where they can share best practices regarding co- management, youth participation and advocacy in their country.
• Promote the use of new information and communication technologies tools in large campaigns aiming at reaching more young people in the scouts organisations and outside as well as local authorities, this to promote:
-the development of co-management processes at national and local level
-the inclusion of more young people to existing consultation processes at national and european level

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Group: 32 pax from 21 countries
Team composed of members from Ireland, France, UK, Armenia, Lithuania.

Training methods used & main activities

The training based on non-formal education and experiential learning.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Educational Advisor/External trainer for the study session.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
