Aims & objectives

This training course was promoting innovative skills, knowledge and attitudes on an individual level supporting disadvantaged young people from rural communities in their personal development thereby supporting them in the potential for finding employment.
Another side could be successful entrepreneurs whom we tried to show the plan hoping to get some investments into the startup businesses in agriculture. In our days rural youth see their future in cities and they think that the great part of opportunities are waiting for them there. They move to urban area and trying to find themselves in the other fields. And this is the main reason that rural areas are empty.
The idea of this project was based by needs strengthen the viability of rural areas, to contribute to the creation youth employment and strengthen their capability to exploit the strategic breakthrough conditions in case – to create innovative development ideas.
Objectives of the project
Objective 1: To take into another level the agriculture among youth from rural areas.
Objective 2: To increase awareness and empower youth to take an active role in rural industry, actively engage women as main importance of rural growth and development and to raise their sense of rural areas and be the part of the rural job.
The proposed project involved the implementation of a training course related to youth entrepreneurship and the competences that youth workers, leaders and volunteers should have when working in the theme with young people.
Youth Dynamics together with the training's partner groups were aware of the situation and we have focused our activities on this sense, meaning how through such trainings and youth activities young people can really gain new skills and competences that can make them more employable within the job market.
For this reason, we were tackling the issue, and we wanted to give the necessary skills to youth workers, leaders and volunteers but also other professionals that work with young people in order to be able to work with young people in a way that they can pass them from the know how, the motivation, the inspiration and the skills to taking things from ideas to action and realization. Accordingly, we were addressing the main priorities of Erasmus+ being entrepreneurship but also the target groups of the partners were disadvantaged youth that are facing long term unemployment or that for different reasons have little to no access to opportunities and space for employment and where they could put their creative and entrepreneurial mind in action.
Finally, the methods used in the training were non formal learning fundamentals, at the same time promoting the understanding of young people that come together from different countries but where they shared a lot in common, this being the positive parts of the European dimension and the liberty of ideas and opportunities but also the actual issues that all young people face at the moment in Europe. The goal of organization is at promoting active participation of young people with fewer opportunities and to develop different ways to ensure their impact on the local community by using non-formal education and intercultural learning methods.
The majority of the activities that we used are based on non formal and informal activities like group working, role playing, simulations, reflection group, brainstorming and round table. Our activities were interactive in order to give the change to young group to get involved and have an active role and get several learning outcomes.
The target group of organization are young people have many geographical obstacles as they live in rural areas and they have fewer opportunities in Education, work, health, public transports, sports and leisure. So with our projects we want to offer to those young people more changes for mobility, employability and active participation in society.
The selected partners of the project have similar tasks and objectives as organizing team, they share same values and are all very active and experienced in the youth field.Youth Dynamics and its partner organizations implement yearly training courses and seminars for youth workers and young people.

In the 4 villages will be organized a social council interested in rural communities problems, where representatives of formal and non-formal groups will be involved. We have planned to maintain continuous contacts with all the promoters and to develop a new training course as follow-up of this Training and Networking - TC on creative entrepreneurship in the planning and management of the social inclusion projects. This training will support the development of new projects with inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities as a main priority. This is one of the most important problems that youth projects should address. But development and management of social inclusion projects is a complicated task. We believe that the outcomes of this training course could help to find new ideas and solutions on how to develop and realise projects that would include young people with fewer opportunities.
Training Course is about using creative methods for promoting the access of unemployed young people to the new ways of self employment and development. The project wants to create and develop actions to promote new politics of propping up and integrating jobs, to encourage the youth entrepreneurship in a participated way, shared by the young people with local politicians, authorities, experts and businessmen. That wants to be an attempt to face the European and global crisis, which seems to be very close to the youngest.
