Youth Dialogue for Understanding and Diversity

Aims & objectives

Aims and objectives of the training course were: To prepare youth to work in the multicultural atmosphere, to promote Understanding and Diversity among youth workers

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target group were youth workers from Armenia, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine, Estonia, Lithuania and Poland.

Training methods used & main activities

Methodology of the project fully reflects with the methodology of non-formal education.

Outcomes of the activity

Outcomes of the project were trained youth workers and created new projects

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
