The seminar marked an initiative aimed at enhancing project management capabilities and fostering intercultural collaboration – an essential link in the world of youth development.
The international dimension of #WorkQUAholics would create a suitable framework for collaboration among diverse organizations, encouraging intercultural synergies. The impact of this seminar reverberates in the efforts of its participants, driving positive change within their communities and contributing to the broader landscape of youth development by solidifying project management skills and intercultural competencies.
40 youth workers from Spain, Turkey, Poland, Greece, North Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Portugal, France, Slovakia, Malta and Ireland.
Non-formal education methods, such as team building dynamics, ice-breakers, debates and discussions, intercultural nights, local visits or world cafe forums.
Outputs around european strategies for green, social and digital dimensions, to bring back good practices and new connections to their organizations. Besides, during the project the content generated was collected in the guide "EQYP, European Quality in youth projects".

I took part as a co-trainer, providing activities and team dynamics sessions regarding creativity, as well as providing visual support to the whole group and gathering all the information generated during the training to create a final output guide.
