Working with young job-seeker

Aims & objectives

This was international study visit to show case ways of working with young job seekers. Other aim was create network and partnerships.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

It was international study visit - consist of 20 participants from different European countries.

Training methods used & main activities

This was study visit with some key notes and lot´s of tasks around reflecting the learning. Also some networking activities that was designed so that it could be done in the bus etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Aim was to share good practice - based on feedback, it was successful.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was facilitating it by my self, so my task was to take care of the group and the program and facilitate the group discussions.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
