Aims & objectives

This was a seminar around the topic of NEET. Aim was bring together professional to discuss and changes good and bad practices.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

This seminar was targeted to professionals - youth workers, policy makers etc.
It was open for all European countries and the preparation team was international but coordinated by FI NA and Salto Inclusion.

Training methods used & main activities

This training was composed keynotes, groups discussion, panel discussion and open space . One interesting method was Opinion panel - There expert with different arguments are presenting their ideas about the topic - follow by big facilitated group discussion.

Outcomes of the activity

Based on feedback the seminar was successful.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

We had 2 facilitators -equal tasks; planning, contacting key-notes, producing the script, facilitating, evaluating and reporting.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
