'We owned our rights" Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities

Aims & objectives

YiA Action 1.3 Project:
-The main aim of the project is to valorise and advocate for the rights of the persons with disabilities by the support of the legal document that was signed by all the participant countries – the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

-coordinators of youth projects and initiatives of NGOs in different european regions
-total number of 47 participants were coming from 3 european countries
-trainers team was composed of 3 young people from TR and PL

Outcomes of the activity

-action plan for development new, and supporting existing youth initiatives in the represented regions in order to raise awarness about disability rights
-integrated group of coordinators
-exchange of knowledge
