Aims & objectives

Virago project aims to empower young women from 5 EU Member states – Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Spain, and Romania as well as 1 EU Candidate country – Turkey, through active citizenship, one of the biggest catalysts for delivering human development and building an inclusive and resilient society.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Members of the consortium and young women from Romania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Italy, Spain, and Turkey.

Training methods used & main activities

Online and transnational project meetings of the project consortium members, annual reports, audiovisual materials (graphics, reels, short videos, TikToks, Instastories, articles, posts), oral and multimedia presentations, exchange of good practicies.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Communication officer of the Virago project 614791-EPP-1-2019-1-RO-EPPKA3-EU-YTH-TOG. Preparation of the creative content like: graphics, videos, articles, TikToks, Instastories related to women
empowerment, gender equality, women rights, EU values, European Youth Strategy 2019-2027.

I worked on this training for 384 days as a full time trainer.
