Aims & objectives

The need of such project it’s deeply incorporated in the recent situation in Europe, everyday more and more asylum seekers are seeking for refugee status, all this makes Europe place where solidarity needs to be show. The best way of showing solidarity and help is giving them the right tools and instrument in order to be able to find job in the labour market. In order to meet some of the needs of this marginalized community, this project will conduct a specialized Training Course to promote mobility within and beyond the EU's borders, non-formal learning and inter-cultural dialogue and encourage the employability and inclusion of young refugees, regardless of their educational, social and cultural background. It will aim to stimulate young refugee people’s spirit, their initiative, creativity and entrepreneurship by giving them useful tools in sharing models of good practice and creating international partnerships; raising awareness on this issue; educating and acquiring skills that will help young workers in the NGOs to increase creativity and entrepreneurial spirit, developing entrepreneurial spirit and skills-set and educating them on how to use existing income generation possibilities.
A key objective of this project and of Erasmus + programme is to motivate and involve young refuge people in entrepreneurship. Education determines future life chances, and is crucial for finding stable and decently paid employment. Non-formal learning plays a very important role in equipping them. It will enable them to become entrepreneurial thinkers by immersing them in real-life learning ventures where they can take risks, manage the results, and learn from the outcomes. Entrepreneurial skills can help youth refugee to adapt well to other non-entrepreneurial careers and improve their lives and communities.

The project activity - the training course, will also promote anti-discrimination, tolerance, equality and solidarity on every level, giving youth refugee the opportunity to identify common values with other youth from Europe in spite of their cultural differences, also to exchange and express ideas, information and experience between themselves. The training will also offer participants an opportunity to find ways to fight against poverty and marginalization, to fight for inspiration, initiative and inclusive society. Stimulating unemployed young refugee people's mobility and active participation is the main focus of this activity which will have even greater impact on national, European and International level as it will equip youth workers with necessary skills, experiences and knowledge which will be transferred to other youths.
