Aims & objectives

TC was focused on planning new Youth Exchanges projects involving Programme Countries and EECA countries.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Participants from: programme countries and Eastern Europe and Caucasus
Trainers' team: Spain, Armenia, Estonia

Training methods used & main activities

During the TC non-formal education methods were used, encouraging participants to active participation and planning future projects.

Outcomes of the activity

During the TC participants got a concrete picture on Youth Exchange project quality requirements, discovered tools of how to plan, implement and evaluate a Youth Exchange project. They also got an overview of specialties of doing projects with EECA region. In addition to that participants formed possible future partnerships and shared project ideas.
