TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

Tbilisi Take Off aims to create strong partnerships between youth workers in Norway and the Eastern Partnership countries. The goal was that participants ends up cooperating on an Erasmus+ Youth project.
The participants were from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova, Norway, or Ukraine. Totally 24.
This activity was purely base on non-formal methods. Due the short time we used method that speed up the getting to know each other part and boosted the partnership building.
Methods that was used:
- session about trust and safe based on experienced it together
- Getting to know the values and principles trough co-creating art
- Building partnerships trough walk and talk/ treasure hunt
- reflecting together
- Doing group works and having dialogues
The result of the activity were good. Based on the evaluation 100% of participants indicate maximum rate (5) to the question about general satisfaction from the activity.
Based on the project ideas that was created together, it seemed that everyone find a partner for future co-operation. The follow-up questionnaire will show the real result and how many is continuing and participating the second step - activity that happens in September.
I was responsibility together with other trainer for designing the program and the flow and run it.
Annina is a professional and friendly fasilitator who works well with both big and small groups. She adapts quickly to feedback and managed to create the content and the atmosphere we were looking for.
Also, she is a person to rely on and delivers on time every time.
