Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I had the initial idea of the training so I was responsible to constitute a team of trainers to help me implement it. I was responsible for the getting to know each other part. Then working on role plays and simulation activities to make them understand their role as a citizen. We facilitated the training about European Institutions using open space methodology and the whole reflection and evaluation part.

I worked on this training for 6 days as a full time trainer.
