Aims & objectives

The overall aim of the study visit on inclusion within the European Solidarity Corps (ESC)
program is to foster a deeper understanding of inclusive practices and methodologies among
participants. This includes promoting social inclusion, diversity, and equality within the context of
ESC projects and activities. Through the study visit, participants gain insights into effective
strategies, tools, and approaches for ensuring the active participation of all individuals,
regardless of their backgrounds, abilities, or circumstances.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The team of trainer was me and one other trainer from Denmark. The target group was youth workers in Europe

Training methods used & main activities

Experiential learning. Peer to peer education.

Outcomes of the activity

The success was based on the questionnaire given to the participants after the study visit.

My role was facilitating the learning process of the study visit.

I worked on this training for 4 days as a full time trainer.
