Aims & objectives

STRATEG+ - Advanced training on quality in Strategic partnerships was a cross-sectorial training course aiming at creating a space for peer learning and exchange of good practices that would increase the quality of KA2 projects.

STRATEG+ focused on specific activities of the cooperation partnerships as project management, transnational project meetings, intellectual outputs, multiplier events or training, teaching and learning activities from the perspective of transversal activities as project and budget monitoring, quality and relevance to the objective. The activities were part of the NAs strategy of working with the topics of inclusion and participation as well as increasing the number of project applications and their quality.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

The training was for KA beneficiaries approved in the new programme. Participants were from Youth sector and SE/VET/AE/HE sectors.

There were participants around 60, from different European countries like Sweden, Finland, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Estonia.

Training methods used & main activities

Whole training was based on non-formal methods like group discussions, "Problem Tree", Opens Space, Remembering the Future etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Base on the feedback from participants and organizer the training was successful. New partnerships was build and the training module it self can be re-used.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

We had two trainers sharing task equally - design format, choosing Methods and run the sessions and complete the work wiht final report and future recommendation.

I worked on this training for 3 days as a full time trainer.
