TOY - Trainers Online for Youth

This training course was for people active in the implementation of volunteering and solidarity projects. By taking part in this training, participants were able to take the quality and impact of their activities to the next level by:
- understanding community impact in your own context
- gaining insight in how impact can be created and measured
- becoming part of a group of like-minded peers,
- bringing knowledge from all over Europe and beyond
learning about community impact in European Solidarity Corps activities in the Netherlands
- working on concrete actions that can be implemented in your activities on short notice
The event included:
- persons active in the daily implementation of volunteering and/or solidarity projects
- youth workers who supports young people in participating in European Solidarity Corps activities
volunteering coordinator/manager
- mentors, tutors, or coaches of European volunteers
coming from a European Solidarity Corps Programme or Partner Country
- non-formal education
- design thinking
- various tools for impact (measurement), including the Erasmus+ impact tool
