Aims & objectives

Aim of the TC is to Introduce outdoor experiential Learning to Youth workers and youth leaders who are interested in Social Inclusion and Youth Participation topics in order increase their competences in empowering young people for the sake of Social Responsibility.
Increasing capacity of youth workers and potential youth workers in outdoor activities for social inclusion
Increasing quality in activities of youth workers in favor of those young people who are not participating in decision making process or socially excluded.
Having broader understanding on social responsibility.
Increasing competences of youth workers for personal development and employ-ability.
Increasing capacity international dimension of partner organizations.

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Target Group: 29 Youth Workers and Youth Leaders from different NGOs from Turkey, Spain, Italy, Slovakia, Moldova, Russia, Albania, Croatia, Romania involved in the training course.

Training methods used & main activities

Presentation, simulation, role-play, small group work, individual work, peer evaluation as the main methods of the training course in the frame of non-formal learning.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I worked on the design of the training course.
I was involved in group dynamics, disadvantages and exclusion, in charge of a role-play activity to explain inclusion via participants experience and introduction of outdoor experiential learning methodology as a way to inclusion

I worked on this training for 7 days as a full time trainer.
