TOY - Trainers Online for Youth
This is a reference for Soazic Bachelet
The aim of the training was to meet in person to re-evaluate and reframe the work of the EAG, re-assessing goals and working groups, collaborating more with National Agencies to improve effectiveness of EuroPeers networks.
The EAG is composed of 9 young people aged 18-30 coming from European countries that were already part of the EuroPeers network (Austria, Belgium, Estonia, Germany, Finland, Latvia, Norway, Romania and The Netherlands). They had been working together online for 6 months.
3 remaining members (France, Italy, Sweden) were not able to attend the training.
We used Non Formal Education activities to get participants to assess and reflect about past and future work of the EAG
Some of the methods included energizers, Walk and Talk in one of Riga’s park and an Escape Game session about future personal and collective goals of the AG.
The meeting-in person proved to be successful since participants had a chance to take ownership of their own learning re-defining goals and roles within the group which is easier to do in person than online.
They also became aware of their role and the limits to set more realistic goals.
Finally, it was also a way of meeting and celebrating half way all the work and initiatives that have been taken since then.

I was responsible for the planning, designing and delivering of this training with my colleagues, 1 Senior Trainer and the International Coordinator.
I also wrote a short report about the training.
