1. Participants (P.) learn about the topic energy through experience.
2. P. reflect where do they get personal energy from and how do they spend it.
3. P. reflect how do they spend their energy connected with their surrounding.
4. P. reflect how politics influences the energy issue in their life
5. P. learn more about energy policy in EU and Russia
6. P. understand the challenges and opportunities of traditional and alternative energy sources
7. P. understand how they can contribute to the development of their society with their energy.
8. P. are inspired to share their energy, to get involved and to change smth. in their society
9. P. find project ideas they want to implement
Target group of the activity were young people from Latvia, Estonia, Finland and North-West Russia aged from 18 till 28.
Non-formal education methods built the main core of this training. We complemented it with 2 lectures by energy experts and 1-day trip to the Finnish gulf.

Participants have learned about the topic Energy and its different dimensions. They find ideas for the projects they would like to implement in their surrounding.
