Seminar "Employability - is it really something new?"

Aims & objectives

* Support participants to understand in a deeper, more meaningful way “youth employability” as it is important issue
* Understand the wider picture of “youth employability” and the potential of Erasmus+:Youth in Action
* Analyse youth employability in existing practice to take away the fear that employability changes youth work
* Identify the good practices and challenges with regards to the topic

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Group of 24 participants: BE, CY, DE, ESP, HR, HU, IR, IT, LT, PL, RO, SK, TUR, UK

Team composition: Trainers: BE, CZ, IR, organisational support: NA SK

Training methods used & main activities

Discussions, group work, city rally, Open Space Technology, Experiential exercises, Reflections, Presentations etc.

Outcomes of the activity

Some of the participants have created common projects together, which were implemented after the training course

Trainer co-responsible for facilitation of group process and delivering sessions

I worked on this training for 3,5 days days as a full time trainer.
