There were 42 participants from 7 countries (Germany, Italy, Spain, Slovakia, Armenia, Georgia, Ukriane).
The training sessions have been based on experientional learning. We have used open space, simulation games, role plays etc.
The training was successful and in result of it 10 community development projects have been designed. The involvement of local youth has greatly empowered the young people and ensured the local impact at the rural community.
To develop the training programme, conduct training sessions on communication, leadership, project design management, rural youth empowerment. Besides above mentioned ones I have been coordinating the team of trainers and leaders.
