Training methods used & main activities

Understanding Immersive Elements:

For this activity we prepared the venue 2 hours in advance without letting the participants see anything.

We modified the room light, turned on some inciense and prepared a specific music list to affect their mood.

Participants were then welcomed into the room in different groups and guided through a 2 hours immersive experience about Conflict Management called "MIssion Z" that we developed a few years back.

After the experience, we went trough a deep debriefing session where many participants revealed they had their aha moments and links with normal life.

After this, we had a session to analyse all the immersive elements that we had use during the experience (sound, light, smell, tone of voices...) the way it affected them emotionally and what decisions were caused by that.

After all the analysis and conclusions in the plenary, we gave them and entesive list of immersive elements and we put it on the wall, a picture of this can be seen here: https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10156178622276968&set=a.10156178621996968&type=3&theater
