This is a reference for Stefano Dal Farra
The objectives of our project were:
To raise awareness among young people from two different European countries about the importance of young entrepreneurs and their role in the shaping the future of European society;
To give youngsters coming from rural areas proper motivation, information and space in order to exchange ideas, thoughts and strategies that may lead them to become more responsible citizens, driving changes in their local communities;
To highlight the fact that there is not enough action in this field at both national and European level and therefore encourage youngsters to think about suggestions for positive change;
To create concrete business start-up plans through team work of the young participants, in a multicultural environment, through the use of non-formal education methods;
To give young people concrete and practical tools and instruments to be used in order to establish their own activity and business in their own area, teaching them how to exploit the resources that their territory offers to them, and make the most of out of them.
There were 21 young people from 3 different European Countries, such as Italy, Germany and Czech Republic.
All the activities were carried out using the non-formal education method, which allowed participants to get more involved in the activities, and at the same time allows a more dynamic and interacting learning approach, where participants could share their knowledges and their expertise.
Among the proposed activities there were:
role plays and ice-breaking games;
team building activities;
brainstorming and energizers;
discussions and debates;
radio and video workshops;
study visits.
The outcomes of this mobility was a final video and a Radio program with 3 different episodes about youth entrepreneurship, aiming at sharing local best practices and examples of young entrepreneurs.
I was the main trainer and facilitator during the project, I had to organize the activities of the project and I was the responsible and manager of the content of the project.
