Aims & objectives

• to explore different dimensions of learning and its implications for the EVS context
• to share the educational challenges of EVS trainings
• to support a wider reflection about the trainees' need
• to exchange good practices and methods developed in EVS trainings in different countries
• to develop new opportunities/tools/methods to support learning to be used in working practice when working with volunteers in Evs trainings
• to develop a learning and support platform for trainers active in Evs training and evaluation cycle

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

35 trainers active in Evs training and evaluation cycle coming from 18 different EU. SEE, EECA countries

Training methods used & main activities

The event was a forum, a learning and inspiring space for trainers who wanted to learn and share in an active way. For this reason there was the opportunity for participants to take initiative and deeply influence the content and the outcomes of the forum.

Outcomes of the activity

The forum produce as first results the gathering after many years of trainers active in Evs training cycle at the same time it give the opportunity to share different methods and structure of Evs training and evaluation cycle in each country.
At the end of the forum different working groups works on different tools and ideas to improve Quality in Evs trainings.
