Training Course for Youth Workers to boost entrepreneurship among young people!

The objectives

-To identify and apply the elements of entrepreneurship using non-formal methods
-To recognize the importance of entrepreneurship and identify the profile of entrepreneurs and their role in economic growth;

Target group & international/intercultural composition of the group & team

Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Greece, Italy, Poland, Romania, Slovak Republic.

Training methods used & main activities

Practical activities, workshops and games developing entrepreneurial spirit and way of thinking, boosting creativity, sense of innovations and initiative, supporting networks creation and business contact making.

Outcomes of the activity

New business ideas, business networks, in depth analysis of ones passions and capabilities.

Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

Co-shaping the program, design, implementation and evaluation of activities, reporting and disseminating results.
