Your tasks and responsibilities within the team

I was a full time trainer and I have co-facilitated the training together with two other trainers - one fro Germany and one from Austria. The whole event was coordinated by one organisator who among others arranged the meetings at the organisations. My role was to co-design the programme and to co-facilitate all the activities during the seminar. I was responsible for designing the learning process in the whole group. After the seminar I have co-written reports and prepared a photo documentation of the whole project.

I worked on this training for 5 days as a full time trainer.
